After enrolling in the program, we’ll begin with a 45-minute Zoom session to understand your current management structure, hiring challenges, and goals for your management team. This helps us create a customized hiring strategy tailored to your businesses specific needs, ensuring you attract the right leadership talent. This is a 4 week bootcamp. Includes weekly zoom meetings & unlimited communication via WhatsApp.

We’ll also help you with screening to evaluate leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and compatibility with your spa’s values, ensuring the right managerial candidates rise to the top.
4. Interviewing & Selection Process
Our program provides guidance on how to structure interviews to assess key qualities in potential managers. We’ll help you develop interview questions that evaluate managerial experience, decision-making skills, and leadership potential. You’ll also receive guidance on how to assess candidates' fit with your spa’s culture and team dynamics.
5. Onboarding & Leadership Development
