Includes weekly zoom meetings & unlimited communication via WhatsApp.

4. Interviewing & Selection Process

Our program provides guidance on how to structure interviews to assess key qualities in potential managers. You’ll also receive guidance on how to assess candidates' fit with your spa’s culture and team dynamics.

5. Onboarding & Leadership Development
